The Committee on Health and Human Resources moved to amend the bill on page 2, section 34, by striking out all of subsection (b) and inserting in lieu thereof a new subsection (b), to read as follows:

(b) In accordance with the Rural Health Transformation Program, the Department of Human Services, through the Burau for Medical Services, shall permit and encourage Medicaid managed care organizations to offer Food is Medicine services within the state Medicaid program.;

On page 2, section 34, line 16, by striking out the word "Nutrition" and inserting in lieu thereof the word "Produce";

And,

On page 9, section 7a, line 21, after the word “Recess”, by striking out the word "of" and inserting in lieu thereof the word "or".
